  • This will help our emergency service provider to identify you especially in public places..

Location of Caller

  • We know your location using the GPS tracking system.
  • This will help our emergency service provider or the Police to reach your location in a quicker time.

Calling the Police

  • Calling 999, you will be asked to provide information about the crime before the call is transferred to the District Police Headquarters (IPD) nearest to your location.
  • Pressing the Police button in our SOS Travel Safe App, enables you to speak to the nearest IPD directly, avoiding delays.

Choice of Hospital

  • Calling 999 will send you to a government hospital only where you have no medical records.
  • Calling SOS Call Center allows you to be sent to your preferred or nearest private medical center where your medical records are kept.

Motoring Problems

  • In an accident or breakdown, calling insurance call center may result in your vehicle being towed to an unfamiliar workshop on their panel.
  • You may also face problems with “call man” who wants to take control and send your vehicle to a workshop of their own although it is on the insurance panel.
  • Calling SOS Call Center enables you to send the vehicle to your preferred service center.
