Calling the Police
Calling 999, you will be asked to provide information about the crime before the call is transferred to the District Police Headquarters (IPD) nearest to your location.
Pressing the Police button in our SOS Travel Safe App, enables you to speak to the nearest IPD directly, avoiding delays.
Choice of Hospital
Calling 999 will send you to a government hospital only where you have no medical records.
Calling SOS Call Center allows you to be sent to your preferred or nearest private medical center where your medical records are kept.
Motoring Problems
In an accident or breakdown, calling insurance call center may result in your vehicle being towed to an unfamiliar workshop on their panel.
You may also face problems with “call man” who wants to take control and send your vehicle to a workshop of their own although it is on the insurance panel.
